Daytime Activities

  • Daily Bible teachings

  • Daily Bible discussions in small groups

  • Understanding service with gifts

  • Bushwalking (easy difficulty)

  • Traditional Games

  • Legacy activity (paint a chair for future generations to enjoy!)

Junior Camp is lead by a vibrant team of Christian volunteers who are always looking to make sure your child has the best possible experience. Not only do they show up each day to help the program run smoothly, but they help with planning and organisation in the months prior!

The safety of your child is of the utmost importance, which is why all leaders are required to have relevant training for teaching children such as Safe Ministry Training, and where over 18, a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).

    Nice to meet you! I’ve been leading on FCC Junior Camp since 2004, and this will mark my 9th year as a director! Can you tell I love Junior Camp?!

    I hold a diploma in Children’s Services and have Senior First Aid. With 14 years experience working in Early education you can be assured  that taking care of you and your well being is my top priority. I currently work in the Illawarra taking care of tiny humans 3-5 year olds at a preschool.

    I have a passion for teaching kids about God and seeing them grow in their faith. Camp Fletcher is a special place that holds dear to my heart. I have learnt many lessons along the way that have helped to shape who I am today, helped me to better equip other leaders and has taught me that no matter what challenges I face I know that God is always there with me.

    I know you are going to love Junior Camp and I can’t wait for you to meet the rest of the team!

    Hey, I’m Elysse.  I’m a graphic designer, musician and board games enthusiast.

    I’ve been serving in kids church programs since 2009 with experience teaching Sunday School, leading youth group and leading/directing on various camps. It’s always so exciting to see the children grow into their faith as they get older.

    I love coming to Junior camp because it’s an opportunity to share my faith and tell others about how awesome God is!

    Hi, I’m Jess.  Junior Camp is really special to me as it’s where I decided to follow Jesus for myself. As a camper and leader, I have grown in my faith at Junior Camp, encouraged by some Godly leaders.

    I’ve been looking after kids since 2006, and during the week I am a Nanny, looking after two primary age children before & after school. I love all things Disney, to colour in, sing, dance, play indoor & outdoor netball, go on hikes with friends, the beach & attempt all sorts of creative crafts.

    Hey there! I’m a bit of a nerd and enjoy board games, binge watching community and solving mathematical equations. By day, I work as a mathematics teacher for Shire Christian school.

    I grew up on camp (quite literally, I was there before year 3 while my parents helped lead!) and I continue to come back because I love being able to share the word of God in a fun environment where kids connect with each other and come back year in and year out.

    My name is Michael and I am the camp Dad at Junior Camp. I enjoy the outdoors, especially camping and one of my favourite things to do is camp in the bush.

    I am a Pastor at Revesby Congregational Church, and the president of the Fellowship of Congregational Churches (FCC).
